    • Purpose: To assist users in navigating from their current location to their vehicle’s location or any marked places within the app.

    • Collection: We access your device's GPS location only when required for navigation purposes.

  • SMS Data

    • Purpose: To automatically read OTPs for seamless signup and authentication.

    • Collection: We do not store or share your SMS data; it is used only for one-time authentication purposes.

  • Microphone Access

    • Purpose: To enable voice commands and voice chat functionalities within the app.

    • Collection: We only process voice data when the user actively engages with voice-based features.

  • Device Information

    • Purpose: To identify and authenticate users, prevent fraud, and improve app security.

    • Collection: This includes Android ID, vendor ID, or similar device identifiers.

  • User Profile Information 

    • Purpose: To personalize user experience, provide business-related insights and customer support.

    • Collection: We may collect details such as name, surname, company name, business type, fleet size, and optional profile photos.

Data Storage and Security

  • Encrypted Transmission: All data transferred between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS.

  • Secure Storage: Data is stored in secured databases protected by a firewall and stringent authentication measures within secure cloud infrastucture.

  • Data Retention: While we do not currently offer an in-app option to delete user accounts, users may request data removal, which will be marked as deleted in our system.

Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

  • We do not share user data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
    Any potential data sharing for third-party services (if introduced in the future) will be done with explicit user consent.

Our services are designed for users in India and comply with the relevant provisions of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, particularly concerning data security and privacy protection.
