RoadrNext 2 is a business application provided by Roadmatics Technologies

Private Limited. Use the form below to request permanent deletion of your

RoadrNext 2 app-user account and the personal information associated with that

account.

 

After receiving your request, Roadmatics will verify it using the mobile number

registered with your RoadrNext 2 account. Once verified, we will revoke your

application access, stop notifications for the account, and delete the

app-user account and its associated personal information. Limited information

may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute

resolution purposes, as explained in the RoadrNext 2 Privacy Policy.

 

Business and operational records controlled by the organization that provided

your application access are not part of your personal app-user account and are

not deleted through this request.

 

Deletion requests are normally completed within 15 calendar days after

successful verification. Deletion is permanent. If access is needed again,

the relevant organization must create or authorize a new app-user account.

 

Complete the form using the mobile number registered with RoadrNext 2. The

contact email address is used only to acknowledge the request and communicate

about its progress; it does not need to be registered with RoadrNext 2.

 

If you cannot use this form, email info@roadmatics.com with the subject

RoadrNext 2 Account Deletion Request and include your registered mobile

number. Do not send an OTP, password, authentication token or notification

token.
