 RoadrNext 2 is a business application provided by Roadmatics Technologies Private Limited. We collect the mobile phone number you provide, any name or email address you optionally provide during registration, and generate an internal app-user identifier to authenticate you, maintain secure access to your account, authorize application features, and process requests made through the app. The app may also  generate or process installation identifiers and secure session credentials required to maintain your account session, and a Firebase Cloud Messaging token required to deliver notifications authorized for your account. This information is provided by you or generated automatically when you authenticate or enable notifications. Roadmatics does not sell this  information or use it for advertising, analytics, or tracking across other applications or websites.

 We disclose this information only to authorized Roadmatics systems and personnel and to service providers required to operate RoadrNext 2, including Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications. Such providers are required to protect information consistently with this policy. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards  and retain personal information only while the account remains active or as required for security, legal, or operational purposes.

You may request account deletion  through RoadrNext 2 Settings or by contacting info@roadmatics.com. After verifying the request, Roadmatics will revoke application access, stop notifications, and delete the app-user account and associated personal information, except information that must be retained for legal or security reasons.
